Job Satisfaction--Why your life isn't a bowl of cherries

Dated but good article on nursing...
GRUMPY CLINICIANS at the bedside can translate into high turnover, unhappy patients, and lower quality of care. It may be a dated article, but many portions of it still ring true today. Thanks for giving it new life on your blog! PS ...cherries are on sale at Shaws this week, $1.99 lb, great price! They are sweet too, not sour.

This article could have been written today at our own hospital. Over worked nurses have high burn out and remain frustrated at the lack of time to complete the job in the fashion that it deserves. Great article.
